Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Brightin Star handles information for the APO M 35mm pre-launch and $10 reservation website.
Information we collect
We collect the email address you submit, checkout and payment status supplied by Stripe, source page, referrer, campaign parameters, click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid, consent choice, and limited hashed technical information used to prevent abuse. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use it to manage the waitlist and reservation, send welcome and launch messages through MailerLite, process the deposit through Stripe, measure site performance, attribute campaigns, prevent fraud, support customers, and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and advertising
Optional analytics and advertising storage is denied by default until a visitor makes a choice. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may operate according to that choice. Meta Pixel may operate only when the visitor accepts advertising cookies. Advertising data is used for campaign attribution, audience measurement, and conversion reporting.
Service providers
Information may be processed by Vercel, Google Sheets, MailerLite, Stripe, Google, Microsoft, and Meta solely for the purposes above. Each provider applies its own security and retention practices.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or ask to access, correct, or delete your information. Where applicable, residents of the EU, EEA, UK, and other regions may exercise statutory privacy rights and withdraw consent at any time.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
